Adult Huskies Swim Training provides additional attention and competitive guidance to swimmers ages 18 and older who are looking to improve their swimming skills and fitness levels in a group setting. Each session is programmed with a warm-up and variations of a workout for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced swimmer. Participants will be provided coaching and guidance to meet their individual swimming goals over a six-week training program. Two-week training packages are also offered. Join us for a summer of swimming!
Space will be provided for personal items on the pool deck. Goggles are highly recommended. Showering is required before entering the water. Class size is limited.
* Face coverings will be encouraged but not required in the Student Development Complex, MacInnes Student Ice Arena, Gates Tennis Center, Nordic Ski Wax Center, and other Athletic and Recreation facilities.
