Michigan Tech alumni and friends are invited to compete in the Annual Alumni-Student Broomball Invitational hosted by IRHC Broomball on Saturday, February 8, 2025.  During this tournament, Michigan Tech students will go head to head with experienced alumni teams. Will youth or experience win the day?  

All alumni players must register individually and complete a waiver to participate. The waiver is included in the registration process. The deadline to register is noon on Sunday, January 19, 2025. 

Registration Details: 

• Registration fee includes lunch for participating alumni and friends. 
• All players must submit a registration and indicate their team name (if you do not have a team but would like to join the tournament please register and we can pair you with a team).
• The maximum team size is 15 players.

Tournament Details:

• The tournament will be played outside at Michigan Tech Broomball Rinks located on Walker Lawn.
• The timeframe is set from 8-4 p.m., with 4 p.m. being the longest duration reserved for the championship match. The timeline is subject to change based on seeding and tournament ranking considerations.
• Lunch for registered alumni Broomball participants will be held in the Library. More to come when the full schedule is released after registration closes.
• Tournament style and rules are subject to change depending on the number of registered teams.
