DESCRIPTION:An Afternoon on the Town is a Michigan Tech tradition where loc
 al businesses and services welcome students and show them what they have t
 o offer. Starting on campus\, down College Avenue\, and throughout the dow
 ntown Houghton area\, there will be music\, refreshments\, and giveaways! 
 Students will also be entered to win prizes after tapping their IDs at BOT
 H tapper locations on the route. The first tap-in station and the start of
  the route will be located on the north side of the Memorial Union Buildin
 g. The second tap location will be located downtown on the south side of S
 helden Avenue in front of the Quality Inn and Suites.\n\nPlease refer to t
