Our keynote presenter is Victoria Fitzpatrick P.E. from the Michigan Department of Transportation. Victoria will be covering her transition from college to the workforce, what her daily life working for MDOT looks like, as well as her involvement in the North Regions efforts on the national campaign "Towards Zero Deaths".

Victoria is a Michigan Tech grad from the class of 2018 who completed two co-ops at the Michigan Department of Transportation during her time at the university. After school Victoria accepted a full-time position at the department working as a transportation engineer within the engineering development program where she assisted with traffic and safety projects, bridge scoping and inspection, and GEOPAK 2D and 3D modeling. Once her tour within the engineering development program ended, Victoria joined up with the North Region's Traffic and Safety unit as an Operations Engineer where she oversees a variety of different areas including monitoring of daily operations of traffic signal devices, traffic studies, and scoping of traffic signal projects.
