Bringing in the Bystander Certification Conference

Learn how to prevent sexual and intimate partner violence in this opportunity to practice your active bystander skills by attending the Bringing in the Bystander conference for Michigan Tech students. The workshop is approximately 5 hours with two 2.5 hour sessions. By completing the full workshop, you will receive a certificate of completion in Bringing in the Bystander. In addition, attendees will also receive swag and give-aways from the program. This event is limited to 50 attendees.


Bringing in the Bystander is a program designed by the University of New Hampshire. Michigan Tech received a grant from the Michigan Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence (MCEDSV) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to implement this peer-to-peer data-proven curriculum.
