Abstract: The purpose of this study is to theoretically and empirically investigate how a firm's environmental sourcing strategy impacts a consumer's perceptions about the product quality and their subsequent purchase intentions. The current study also examines how consumers’ perceptions of product quality are managed through the firm’s corrective actions.
