Can citizens impact governance by collecting climate data?: A case from the tropical mountains in Veracruz state, Mexico  

Professor Alex S Mayer is a leader in hydrologic work, and has broad experience in Mexico. He will lead discussion of how Mexican citizens in the mountainous state of Veracruz influence government policy involving climate change. The Carnegie museum's weekly discussions involving citizen science happen every third tuesday. All are welcome.
