Join fellow Husky fans and volunteer hosts Steve '86 and Lisa '88 Williams and Cynthia '87 '90 and Andrew '89 Hodges for a pregame social to kick off the Desert Classic hockey tournament weekend! The pregame social will be held on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 12–2:30 p.m. MST at Buffalo Wild Wings, located at 705 S Rural Rd #104, Tempe, AZ 85281, less than one mile from the Mullett Arena. Food and beverages will be available for individual purchase.

Following the pregame social, head over to the Mullett Arena to cheer on the Huskies as they face off against the Air Force Academy Falcons in the first game of the tournament at 3 p.m.  

Game Ticket Information

Hockey game tickets for the Desert Classic are available and must be purchased separately through Ticketmaster. You can purchase single game tickets for each game on January 2 and/or each game on January 3. Michigan Tech's fan section is 118. Please note, tickets are single game only and the schedule for Saturday is TBD, pending the results of Friday's games.

Friday, January 2 

• 3 p.m. – Michigan Tech vs Air Force (Purchase game tickets for the 3 p.m. game here) 
• 7 p.m. – Arizona State vs Alaska Anchorage

Saturday, January 3

• 3 p.m. – Alaska Anchorage vs TBD
• 7 p.m. – Arizona State vs TBD
