The Institute of Computing and Cybersystems (ICC), the ICC’s Center for Biocomputing and Digital Health (BDH), and the Health Research Institute (HRI) will present lectures by graduate students Suresh Pokharel and Ranit Karmakar on Thursday, December 1, 2022, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in M&M U115.
Ranit Karmakar, Electrical and Computer Engineering, will present, “Efficient medical image segmentation network for resource limited applications.”
Suresh Pokharel, Computer Science, will present “Improving protein succinylation sites prediction using embeddings from protein language model.”
