The Friends of the Michigan Tech Library annual membership meeting will include a short business meeting and elections for the Friends of the Michigan Tech Library. Come hear Dr. Schelly present “Dwelling in Resistance: Learning, Living, and Writing It.”  Her research interests include the ways in which alternative technological systems challenge the social, economic, political and environmental consequences of those systems. One of her current interests is studying residential energy practices and alternative technologies for supporting the organization of residential life, particularly energy conservation behaviors and alternative energy adoption.
