Abstract: This talk will offer an overview of a few of the areas in which the research at Michigan Tech is  supported by a study of life-cycle environmental impacts of proposed new technologies and systems.
The Sustainable Futures Institute at Michigan Tech develops multidisciplinary research and education projects that assesses complex topics from multiple perspectives, and our collaborative life cycle assessment research is one example of that effort.
