This workshop is a must for anyone planning to pitch their startup idea. It will help you determine and frame the argument that your business can create revenue.
This workshop is a must for anyone planning to pitch their new venture. We walk through the fundamentals of discovering and then explaining your market opportunity. We start with an overview of the total addressable market (TAM), the served available market (SAM), and then narrow down to the target market. Examples will be given, to help you determine the TAM, SAM, and Target Market for your own business. A class activity to determine with feedback will be provided. This workshop will especially help those who are planning to compete in the Bob Mark Business Model Pitch Competition and/or the New Venture Challenge.
We will meet in Fisher 325 on 12/5 from 4-5:00 pm.
