Looking for some fun outdoor activities to do with your kiddos while they're on spring break? Join Keweenaw Land Trust for a fun family event organized by students in Michigan Tech's Psychology of Nature course. This event will be aimed for pre-k to 6th grade, but everyone is welcome!
The event will run from 11:30am-1:30pm and will include a variety of activities for children of all ages. Activities will include making nature collages, making homemade bird feeders (this activity includes peanut butter), painting pinecones and rocks, an outdoor scavenger hunt, and story time (see the attached flyer for schedule). While some snacks will be provided, please bring your own lunch. We will have an indoor or outdoor picnic depending on the weather.
Many of our activities will be outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
