Come get your flu shot! Grab a friend and head over to one of the multiple clinics hosted on campus during the fall semester. There is no need to make an appointment as all flu shot clinics are walk-in friendly. 

1. October 4th, 4-6 PM, ROZSA
2. October 11th, 11 AM-2PM ROZSA
3. October 18th, 4-6 PM, SDC
4. October 25th, 11 AM-2PM ROZSA

Important Information: 

• Please fill out the 2022 Influenza Vaccination Authorization form prior to attending the clinic and bring it with you. 
• Please bring your valid insurance card or a picture/copy of the front and back of your insurance card. 
• The cost of a flu shot will be $40/student. Payable by cash, check, or credit card.
