Product Development Team! Just like the diverse team
of leading innovators we have on campus, we want to
know your interests to better serve your education and
pave your career path. The Ford College Graduate Program
As part of the 32-month Ford College Graduate (FCG)
rotational program, FCGs are provided with the
structure to enhance their technical and professional
competencies here at Ford Motor Company. They're
assigned a 'home' organization based on their
interests, background and our business needs and
provided assignments structured to develop skills and
help build understanding of their home organization
and the product creation process. Once they complete
the program, they will be placed within their home
organization to continue building their engineering
career and developing technical expertise. The Ford Motor Company Internship Program
Our goal is to support college students to transition into
a high performing, inclusive and engaged workforce. As
part of the summer intern program they receive hands-on
experience over the course of 12-weeks at our World
Headquarters campus in Southeast Michigan.
