Prof. Duncan earned her PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on biomechanics. She’ll explore what is currently known on how we regain our balance, share some things we can do to improve our balance and prevent falls, and discuss current cutting-edge research on balance control and fall prevention happening now at Michigan Tech.
