Do you plan to join (or run) a human subjects research team with non-MTU collaborators? Getting IRB approval in these situations can be complicated, so on Thursday November 14, 12:00-1:00pm, Mike Reay will give a 30-minute presentation on how to go about it. He will cover the various options available, including how to set up “reliance agreements” like an IAA (IRB Authorization Agreement) or IIA (Individual Investigator Agreement). He will then field any questions people might have about the process.

The presentation will be recorded and posted on the HRPP website, and any departments or groups of researchers who would like to schedule a later in-person version are welcome to contact Mike (mjreay@mtu.edu) to make arrangements.
