Husky Hour - Mindfulness Fair

What is mindfulness? Learn about mindfulness and de-stress after a busy day!

We'll have mindfulness stations where you can learn about different types of mindfulness, focusing on all five senses, with lots of freebies to take with you. Go home with a bunch of tips and tricks for incorporating mindfulness into your daily life and learn easy ways to release stress and anxiety. 

We'll also have massages from 5-6pm - so be sure to get there at 4pm to sign up for one!
