Stress is the body's natural response to certian events that can cause you to feel overwhelemed and unable to cope. Everyone feels it at different times to varying degrees. For many people, everyday stress builds to a level that seems too hard to handle. We can't control stress, but Arundel will delve deeper into what stress is and explore tools to help us handle it in a better and healthier way.
