 t/83934 \n​\n\nEvery fall the Student Activities office hosts "Make a Dif
 ference Day"\, the largest national day of community service\, in which stu
 dents\, faculty and staff come together to go out into the community to vol
 unteer and make a difference. \n\nThe event will be taking place Saturday\,
  October 24. Check-In will be at 9:00AM. Please meet in the MUB Commons. In
 formation packets will be distributed and from there\, groups will travel t
 o service locations. There will be limited space for volunteers and groups 
 will be placed in the order that they register.  Our goal is to place as ma
 ny volunteers with agencies as we can. *Please note that some projects will
  require that groups drive to the location.\n\nVolunteer projects during th
 e day will vary based on what agencies we are partnering with.  Painting\, 
 weeding\, planting\, digging\, raking\, cleaning\, and moving are all likel
 y projects we'll be helping with. \n\nPLEASE NOTE: It is required that each
  member of your organization/group register individually for Make a Differe
 nce Day.\nFINAL DEADLINE to register is Tuesday\, October 20 at 10pm.
