About our Facilitators

Dr. Etta Ward is Assistant Vice Chancellor for Research Development in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research, IUPUI 

Dr. Katrenia Reed Hughes is Project Management Education Coordinator, Assistant Professor of Organizational Leadership in the Department of Technology Leadership and Communication at Purdue School of Engineering.  

Together, they have conducted numerous mentoring workshops through the Midwest Experiences in Mentoring Excellence Aspire Alliance Program.
