Tech Arts Fest
- A Day in the Keweenaw –

Join us in celebrating the beauty of our snowy home with the Michigan Tech Arts Festival, from Monday, April 4 to Saturday, April 9!

Student Art Exhibit – 4/4 - 4/9
Submit your paintings, digital art, photography, or any other art medium that demonstrates the theme of ‘Keweenaw Pride’ to be featured in a student art exhibit in the Van Pelt and Opie Library. Send a picture of your art to mubboard@mtu.edu by 4/4 for information on how to turn in a physical piece or have your art printed.

Husky Hand-Lettering Workshop – 4/4, 6 pm in Fisher 135
Learn the basics of calligraphy as you create a Keweenaw-themed keepsake. Supplies are first-come, first-serve, and these pieces will be yours to keep after the event. Join us in Fisher 135 while supplies last.

Lift Bridge Model Make-night – 4/6, 7-9 pm in the Makerspace
Join MUB Board along with the coaches at the Alley Makerspace to assemble and decorate a wooden Portage Lift Bridge. Availability is limited, and these creations will be yours to keep after the event. We hope to see you there at 7 pm in the Alley Makerspace, basement of the MUB.
