Michigan Tech's Open Enrollment is an annual opportunity to assess your individual or family health benefits needs. This year's 2025 Benefits Open Enrollment will begin on Nov. 11 and end on Nov. 25. Elections made during this Open Enrollment session will take effect on Jan. 1, 2025.

The upcoming 2025 Benefits Open Enrollment is an active enrollment, which means all benefits-eligible employees are required to complete Open Enrollment. (Note: Casual, seasonal, short-term and student employees are not benefits eligible.)

2025 Benefits Open Enrollment Dates:

• Open Enrollment for the 2025 Benefits Plan Year: Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2025
• Open Enrollment starts Monday, Nov. 11, and ends Monday, Nov. 25

2025 Benefits Open Enrollment Info Sessions:

• Wednesday, Nov. 6, from 10-11 a.m. in MUB Ballroom A*
• Thursday, Nov. 14, from 1-2 p.m. in MUB Ballroom A
• Tuesday, Nov. 19, from 5-6 p.m. in MUB Ballroom A

* A recorded informational session will be available following the first session.

We are awaiting final documentation from our health care vendors. Detailed plan information will be emailed to employees no later than Nov. 5.
