Michigan Tech alumni and friends are invited to join alumnus and cider expert, Matthew Ostrander '00, PE, Certified Pommelier on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 7-9 p.m. (Utah local time) at Scion Cider Bar. Here, you'll have the chance not only to delve into the intriguing world of cider-making but also to reconnect with fellow Michigan Tech alumni and friends. Snacks will be provided, and you can quench your thirst with a variety of beverages, including non-alcoholic options, available for individual purchase. Scion Cider Bar is located at 916 Jefferson St W, Salt Lake City, UT 84101.

This event is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. A valid ID is required for entry.

In addition to a fun evening, the Office of Alumni Engagement is excited to bring a touch of Michigan Tech to Utah with MTU-branded swag.
