Topic: Russ Alger knows about snow. The head of Michigan Tech’s Institute of Snow Research is one of the world’s go-to guys for research on cold climate driving issues, with more than 25 years of experience and counting. He'll talk about the natural properties of snow as well as some of the ways that snow can be manipulates for Engineering purposes.
