• assist the University in recognizing outstanding performance and dedicated service by coordinating the Staff Service Recognition Awards and Making a Difference Awards.

• support talents and resources of staff by contributing to Professional Development Day.

• have more than 500 employees and family members who attend Family Fun Day.

• provide events and opportunities to enhance Michigan Tech’s working environment.
