Athletes will engage in a progressive training program that translates across a wide range of sports with the intent of improving agility, strength, flexibility, and speed. An emphasis will be placed on performance tracking throughout the camp, so athletes will be able to monitor their progress in detail throughout. Participants will also receive free SDC access for the duration of the nine-week program (outside of training time), which includes use of the fitness center (must be 16+ years of age), pool, and multipurpose room.
