“Collecting Small Things” is a Superior Wind Symphony evening of music that is both small (in duration or instrumentation), and large; and what is large is made up entirely of smaller parts. Never been to a Superior Wind Symphony concert? It is the only Michigan Tech music ensemble composed entirely of non-music majors: Chemists, engineers, physics, even math majors, make up the band! From bassoons to oboes, trumpets to saxophones, you'll get to focus alternately on all of the wind and percussion families of instruments, while enjoying the prowess of our entirely non-music-major ensemble! Come to the Collecting Small Things concert this Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 7:30 PM, at the Rozsa Center for the Performing Arts, and enjoy the show!
