Well-known TikTokers Laura Whaley (@loewhaley) and Ryan Stygar (@attorneyryan) join professors Susanna Peters and Sonia Goltz on the Rozsa stage to discuss the changing workplace. The panel-style discussion will address such issues as quiet quitting, employee rights, and virtual work issues. After the panel discussion, there will be an open question-and-answer period with the audience.

Laura Whaley is known for her humorous characterizations of employee stereotypes while helping her viewers learn to set boundaries and advocate for themselves professionally. Ryan Stygar, a former firefighter turned labor lawyer explains employee rights and how to understand the law.

This free event is part of "Work in Transition," a speaker series sponsored by the Institute of Policy, Ethics, and Culture in partnership with the Portage Lake District Library and the Office of the Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion.
