We are excited to announce a new Michigan Tech alumni event tradition: Traveling Tech Talks. This new series will be hosted in different regions, showcasing the personal and professional journeys of alumni thought leaders in a variety of fields, and will offer attendees professional networking opportunities within the Husky network, as well as a chance to hear from and socialize with fellow Michigan Tech alumni.

We hope you will join us at the inaugural Traveling Tech Talks event on Thursday, November 3 at The Museum of Flight in the View Lounge for “A Conversation on Human Factors Engineering and User Experience”. Networking and arrivals begin at 7 p.m. PT, with the program starting at 7:30 p.m. PT, and more networking to follow. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served, in addition to a cash bar. The cost to attend is $15 per person.


Panelists include Leanne (Kozicki) Jensen '01, Kristy (LaRock) Sharkey '98, and Margo Woller-Carter '04 '06 '15. The moderator is Kelly S. Steelman. To learn more about the speakers, click here

Added bonus: as an attendee of a private event at The Museum of Flight, all registrants will receive free admission to the museum beginning at 10 a.m. Enjoy the Great Gallery, Personal Courage Wing, Simonyi Space Gallery, and the Aviation Pavilion. Simply notify the admission desk upon arrival that you are attending a private event later in the evening.
