Bio: Shingledecker joined EPRI in 2008 after six years in the Mechanical Properties and Mechanics Group, Materials Science and Technology Division, at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). He has a BS and MS in MSE from Michigan Tech and a PhD in MSE from the University of Tennessee.
