Winter WonderHack is a 36-hour hackathon that takes place on the Michigan Tech campus starting at 7pm Friday, February 22nd and ending the 24th at noon. Students from across the midwest come here to show their passion for developing, designing, and creating something awesome! Grab a team and compete toward one of the prize categories (4 prizes per team)!
The event is an excellent opportunity for students to immersive themselves in something new. There will be technical experts on hand to help students work on projects using equipment they are completely unfamiliar with. The companies sponsoring WWH will also be sending representatives, making this a fantastic networking opportunity! All resumes submitted prior to the event (by registering online) will be distributed to all of our corporate sponsors.
Students can register HERE for the event.
There will also be free food, drinks, and t-shirts so you have nothing to lose by registering!
As a bonus, this year we have partnered with many student orgs & campus resources to offer gaming competitions (Smash Bros.), a resume workshop with Multiliteracies Center coaches, as well as a CTF competition with RedTeam!
The event is being organized by the Winter Wonderhack organizer team in collaboration with the Humane Interface Design Enterprise (H.I.D.E).
