Come hang out with our team and spend an hour doing a beginner's yoga session as a part of our Mental Health Awareness Month. During this week, we will be focusing on the Recharge Well faction of the Be Well Initiative. Recharge well focuses on making time to rest and reflect. 

Mats and other equipment will be provided for the event. It is open to all students; however, it is first come first serve—30 participants for each session
